GE 15 The Investigations into Shaiful and Zul Huzaimy over Racist Statments

The PKR Deputy President Rafizi Ramli said the investigations  against pas youth cheif  Shahiful Nasir and Actor Zul Huzaimy.

Rafizi Lodged the Reports at the Ampang Jaya District Police Headquartes The Free Malaysia Today Reported.

Shahiful and Zul Was Previously Had Been Previously had been Criticsed by the Public for their Racist Remarks during the Speech.

The Cases will be Investigated under the Penal Code  The Multimedia and Communications ACT 1998 and The Election Offences Act 1954.

The Section 4A of the Election Offences Act 1954 Realates to Promoting The Feelings or Hostilitiy during Campaigning.

Rafizi added that he Hoped all election Candidates will be Learn a Lesson From These Incidents and not Utilise Racial sentiments for Their Campaigns.

The Lawyer From PKR had also been instructed to make Review the Campaigns of its Candidiate and Opposing Parties to see if they had the Broke law.

Shahiful had Reportedly said That Those who Pakatan Harapan and Barisan Nasional in 15th General Election Will go to Hell.

He Has Since Had Been Apologised to all affected parties and Explained the Speech the Video only Represented his Views and Not The Party Belief.

Shahiful has also Applied to Leave from His Duties.
